Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions about your shipment, you can contact our shipping partner at any time.
Standard delivery – free within Germany
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Standard delivery – selected EU countries
For deliveries to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Romania, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.
All orders are shipped climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt – provided the products are unworn, clean, and returned with all hang tags, dust bags, and accessories intact.
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
Yes, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
For selected European destinations, a flat rate of 9.90€ applies and will be shown at checkout.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will also include a tracking number so you can check online at any time where your package is currently located.
Please first check the tracking information you received in your shipping confirmation email. There you can see whether your package has already been delivered or is still on its way.
If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please also check whether a neighbor may have accepted it for you.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after several days, please contact us at order(at)ivy-zeus.com, so we can investigate the case with the shipping carrier and assist you as quickly as possible.
