Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt – provided the products are unworn, clean, and returned with all hang tags, dust bags, and accessories intact.

Yes, shipping is free within Germany.
For orders to Austria and other EU countries, shipping fees apply and vary depending on the destination. The exact costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will also include a tracking number so you can check online at any time where your package is currently located.
Please first check the tracking information you received in your shipping confirmation email. There you can see whether your package has already been delivered or is still on its way.
If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please also check whether a neighbor may have accepted it for you.

Our products are partially handcrafted with great care. If an item is out of stock, it usually takes about 6–8 weeks until it becomes available again.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been completed. If you do not wish to keep your order after receiving it, you can return the products within the return period at any time.

Product
The right size depends on your dog’s neck circumference. Measure your dog’s neck where the collar will sit and allow about two fingers of extra space for comfort. In our shop, you’ll find a size chart with every collar to help you choose the right fit.
We currently offer our collars starting from size S — additional sizes will be available soon.
Our dog leashes and collars are made from high-quality, leather-free PU-based material. They are water-repellent, easy to care for, and durable — a modern, animal-friendly alternative to traditional leather.
At the same time, they stand out with a contemporary, luxurious design that clearly sets them apart from conventional nylon or leather leashes, combining style with functionality.
The surfaces of our products can be easily cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For heavier dirt, we recommend using mild soap and lukewarm water. Please avoid hard brushes or harsh cleaning agents, as they can damage the material.
Our PU-based materials are water-repellent and retain their shape even with regular use.

Yes, all of our products are crafted with great attention to detail.
Our collars are made entirely by hand. Our leashes are machine-braided, with all additional steps completed by hand as well.

Additionally, colors on photos may appear slightly different from the original. Factors such as lighting, flash, screen settings, or image editing can influence how colors are perceived. Every product is one of a kind, and these subtle differences are part of the special quality and character of our dog leashes and collars.
Our dog leashes and collars are made from high-quality PU material that closely resembles genuine leather in both look and feel. As with all refined materials, subtle changes may appear over time — such as fine lines or slight color variations. These develop through regular use and are similar to the natural patina of leather, making each piece truly one of a kind.
Such changes do not affect the stability or functionality of the product; instead, they highlight its individual character. With the help of specific care products, minor marks can be reduced if desired.

We currently do not offer general product personalization.
However, for our colored collar models — Daisy, Forest, and Poseidon — you can personalize the label on the collar yourself.
On some of our collar models, the label is writable. On the back, you can note your dog’s name and your phone number using a waterproof marker. The label is flexible and soft, ensuring it doesn’t bother your dog while wearing the collar. At the same time, it serves as a stylish design element that highlights the collar’s signature look.
Yes, all of our products are made from safe, non-toxic materials that are comfortable for your dog to wear.
In addition, both our leashes and collars feature internal reinforcement:
- Leashes: A reinforced inner cord provides extra stability and strength.
- Collars: An internal nylon band ensures reliable durability, even for strong or energetic dogs.
This way, our products combine safety, comfort, and longevity — without restricting your dog while wearing them.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, clean, and in its original condition — including all accessories, the dust bag, and the hangtags.
